Goods are delivered by direct despatch using our own fleet of vehicles within East Anglia. Nationwide deliveries are sent by post or courier for fast despatch. Because we carry a large stock range, we can normally despatch the same day.

Business Credit Account

Most of our trade and end user customers choose the benefits of ordering through a credit account with bespoke trade pricing. Monthly accounts can be paid by BACS transfer or cheque. To open an account simply call or email and we will send you a form for opening a trade credit account. Please let us know whether you have any special requirements, and we’ll get back to you straightaway.

Non-Account Sales

Cash or non-account trade customers can place orders either via our online shop or by phoning us with credit or debit cards details which will be processed using our POS trade shop facilities.

Tracking your goods inwards is critical to purchasing. We can keep your part number and manufacturers’ part numbers on our database and can provide all delivery notes and invoices with your requested part numbers for easy processing.

Stock can be held for you under agreement with direct delivery to your factory to suit your production schedules. We understand, and can meet the demands of, ‘just in time’ manufacturing.

Display Stock

We can provide pre-packaged stock for small volume sales to retail shops, motor factors, chandlers or electrical wholesalers. We can deliver, restock and bill any changes as part of our service.

Branding & Packaging

If you require products for reselling, we can provide labelled stock using your company logo, company information, specification and part numbers if necessary. Please ask the sales team for more information and a quote. Minimum quantities may apply.
